Exegesis

Cryros ~Ex is created to share and introduce the existence of the OTAKU culture. The OTAKU culture is a popular culture and starts to be acknowledge by the vast majority of people almost all over the world. The popular thing about the OTAKU culture is the Cosplaying event which is that anyone can cosplay as their favourite characters. But there is another popularity of the culture known as figure collecting.

The layout for the blog i used is a dark toned one because it represents my character and also because i love the colour black and i think it suits the blog quite well along with the content that i put in. It is user friendly and is made easy to use to search for post any reader want to read.

The contributing nodes that Cryros ~Ex Uses are Facebook, MyFigureCollection and Tumblr. All of these helpful apps act as a way to promote the blog and to advertise it. Each one of them plays they're own role in terms of promoting and sharing. For instant, the Facebook page act as a community gatherer where the people likes the page and see what is on it and here links to MyFigureCollection and Tumblr. The fans or readers will be able to see what is on the blog as well witnessing the grand content of the blog and the contributing nodes themselves. MyFigureCollection contain all sorts of figure collection as well as various mini blogs itself where Tumblr contains personal pictures to share with the fans and all of them are user friendly.

I chose Blogger instead of other blogging tools is because that im more familiarised with Blogger and in my opinion is the most easiest to maintain. Its free compare to some blogging tools where you have to pay for themes and full use of the editting tools. Compare to other blogging tools as said Blogger saves a high investment because it is free (Alam, 2013).
The creation of contributing nodes allows user from everywhere to just easily create a public relation status to easily communicate with others by sharing and showing. Readers who have visited the blog can leave comments on what they think may it be negative or positive. This assignment that was given to me to create this blog have gave me the opportunity to apply my skills better in the world of Web 2.0 not only it helps me learn but to even understand more about the beauty and fun ways to apply your ideas to share to the world.

  1. You can relate your choices to some of the unit materials (i.e. knowledge to Web 2.0)in your exegesis.
